When you reach out through Toldcustom Plumbing, you end up talking with an independent plumbing provider in the network. These are local businesses. They run their own crews, set their own schedules, and give their own quotes.
Toldcustom Plumbing is the introduction. The provider is the one who comes to your home and does the work.
You describe the problem. Keep it simple. Where is the water? Is a drain slow or fully blocked? Do you smell sewage? Have you found the shut-off valve?
The provider may ask a few follow-up questions. Some will offer a rough range over the phone. Others prefer to see the problem first. Both are normal. Request a callback to check provider availability if time matters to you.
First-timers often feel they should know the right words. You do not. These questions do the job:
Write the answers down. A good provider will not mind.
Tell the provider about nap times, work calls, and pets. Ask where they will park, which rooms they need, and how they will protect floors. A little planning keeps a busy household from getting turned upside down.
Asking for an estimate does not lock you in. There is no obligation. You can ask more questions, compare another provider, or wait. Never feel rushed into signing something you do not understand.
If water is flowing, shut-off first. Then breathe, then call.
Send a short description of what is happening. A provider in the network can reply with next steps.
